Castle & Key Announces Second Whiskey Release
Castle & Key Distillery announced the release of Slow Hands Single Barrel Rye, its second whiskey release since the distillery was founded in 2014.
Available for purchase starting March 26, the single barrel rye will be released as four separate barrels – and that offering will increase to 10 by the fall. The mash bill on all four are 63% rye, 17% yellow corn and 20% malted barley, and each bottle carries an SRP of $59.99. Proofs of the barrel-strength whiskeys range from 108.3 to 115.9.
Castle & Key’s first release, last year, was Restoration Rye.
