Firestone & Robertson Distilling of Fort Worth, Texas, announced the release of two new expressions of its TX Whiskey: TX Straight Bourbon Tawny Port Finish and TX Straight Bourbon PX Sherry Finish.

The former is the brand’s TX Straight Bourbon finished for six months in 10-year French white oak tawny port casks acquired from the Douro Valley in Portugal, according to a news release.

For the other release, the distillers placed 4-year-old TX Straight Bourbon Whiskey into 20-year Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, for eight months. Those barrels were made from American white oak.

TX Straight Bourbon Tawny Port Finish and TX Straight Bourbon PX Sherry Finish will both be available to for $64.99 per 750ml bottle at Texas retailers and at the distillery.
