Rolling Fork Spirits is adding a series of exciting new rums and rare single-barrel aged French spirits to its online shop in time for holiday shopping.

“After assessing our inventory, we decided the time was right to unleash some exciting new rums, Armagnacs and Calvados on our website,” Rolling Fork Spirits Co-founder Turner Wathen said in a news release. “We thrive on collecting rare barrels from around the world and sharing them with other spirits lovers.”

Lost Cask Rum Trio: The Teenage Years

The Lost Cask Collection includes rums that are at least 15 years old (and do not go through recasking). This three-pack includes three exceptional rums: a 17 Year Rum Distilled in Barbados; a 16 Year Rum Distilled by Ten Can Distillery in Trinidad and 15 Year rum Distilled in Jamaica. $449.

The Wisdom of Age

Rolling Fork’s new Wisdom of Age Rum is the first in a series of limited releases exploring the impact of different casks on flavor profiles. For the first Wisdom of Age Rum, Rolling Fork bottled a blended, unaged pot-still rum distilled at the Hampden Distillery in Jamaica. (The second release in 2025 will be the same rum, aged for one year in a used bourbon cask.) It’s paired in a two-pack with Heart of Gold Rum for $74.99.

Wayward Cask Armagnacs and Calvados

Founders Jordan Morris and Turner Wathen have bottled some rare, aged Armagnacs and Calvados under their Wayward Cask label. Until now, Wayward Cask spirits were available as limited offerings through select online outlets and a small handful of retailers. But now, Rolling Fork Spirits is making them available to all.

Armagnac Three-Pack: Three exceptional single-barrel Armagnacs, ranging in age from 19 to 24 years, sourced from some of the most respected producers, including Château Garreau. $325.

25-Year Calvados from Pays d’Auge: This cask-strength double-distilled Calvados from Reux, France is an excellent winter sipper. $149.99.

Rolling Fork also is offering its second small-batch Amburana Odyssey Rum aged in used Brazilian Amburana oak casks and finished for 13 months in wheated bourbon casks. $99
