Four Roses to Release Highly Limited Salt River Cleanup Bottle
Four Roses Distillery, for the first time ever, will offer a highly limited commemorative Private Barrel Selection bottle in celebration of the distillery’s 8th annual Salt River Clean Up, which will take place October 17.
Just 186 bottles will be available for purchase at the Lawrenceburg Visitor Center on the day of the cleanup, priced at $99. The bottle features the beloved OBSK recipe, aged for 9 years and 6 months.
After picking up the Limited Edition bottle, visitors can enjoy signature craft cocktails at Bar 1888, creating the perfect day at the distillery.
The release commemorates Four Roses Distillery’s annual Salt River Clean Up taking place along the riverbank that provides the essential water source for the brand’s bourbon production. The Distillery is expanding its efforts to two additional locations, ensuring the preservation of this precious resource for both the distillery and the surrounding community.
The Salt River is adjacent to the Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, flowing east to Parksville and west to the Ohio River near West Point. Since the beginning of Four Roses Distillery’s efforts in 2017, the company has removed more than 3,000 pounds of debris from the 150-mile-long Salt River to date.
