100 ELEVATE Bartender Conference Returns to Louisville Oct. 21-24
Chilled Media announced the return of the highly anticipated Chilled 100 ELEVATE, now in its 3rd year in Louisville, Kentucky.
This year’s conference promises to be more impactful than ever, with an expanded educational component designed to equip bartenders with essential business skills. The expanded educational focus of the conference will afford attendees the opportunity to earn a Certificate in the Business of Bartending, an industry-first initiative aimed at elevating the bartending profession.
Building on the success of the past two years and in partnership with the top 10 ranked Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University (FIU), its Bacardi Center of Excellence, and The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley, attending bartenders have the opportunity to learn skills that focus on the business side of bartending that goes beyond mixing drinks.
FIU Chaplin School’s hospitality management programs offer bartenders a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics within bars and restaurants, from operations to guest relations, to helping them refine their craft while preparing them for leadership roles. Chilled welcomes FIU beverage management professors, and returning to Chilled ELEVATE 2024 is award-winning beverage author, educator, and consultant Anthony Caporale.
The Certificate in the Business of Bartending will elevate a bartender’s knowledge in key business concepts, from managing bar finances and inventory to marketing strategies and building customer loyalty.
It will include 20 hours of on-site educational programming at the ELEVATE conference, with additional online hours completing the Future Proof bartender training certificate from FIU Chaplin School sponsored by the Bacardi Center of Excellence.
Chilled 100 ELEVATE has quickly become a must-attend conference for bartenders, brand ambassadors, and industry professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and stay ahead of the latest trends in mixology. All expert-led workshops and panels offer an educational component led by industry leaders, sponsoring brands, master mixologists, and beverage entrepreneurs who host workshops, providing hands-on training and valuable insights into elevating the world of bartending.
Chilled 100 ELEVATE also provides networking opportunities, in which the nation’s most influential bartenders connect with top-tier brands, distributors, and peers from across the country, fostering meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
“Chilled 100 ELEVATE is more than just a conference — it’s a movement toward recognizing bartending as a profession that blends creativity with business savvy,” Jeff Greif, Publisher of Chilled Media, said in a news release. “We are proud to introduce the Chilled 100 ELEVATE Business of Bartending certificate program, as it reflects our commitment to trade advocacy, empowering them with the tools they need to thrive in all aspects of their careers.”
The Chilled 100 ELEVATE Conference takes place from October 21to October 24 in Louisville, Kentucky.
