India’s Royal Tiger Whisky to Release Two New Expressions
Royal Tiger, the whisky brand handcrafted in Goa, India, launched two new whiskies, with only 1,500 bottles of each available
The expressions are:
Royal Tiger whiskies are produced entirely from locally sourced grains found at the foothills of the Himalayas and hand-selected by master distiller Craig Henriques. The water comes exclusively from a pure, natural spring on the family estate.
For more than 60 years the Henriques family has produced unparalleled whiskies, taking advantage of the pure, private spring located on their estate and Goa’s tropical climate which lends itself to an accelerated aging process.
The whiskies are matured in new American white oak barrels, charred to Henriques’ exacting standards, and aged in traditional rick houses located on the estate. After aging in the barrels, the single malt whisky is re-casked into a newly charred American white oak barrel to finish the maturation and enhance the quality and characteristics of the whisky.
Currently, Royal Tiger is only available throughout New Jersey and Michigan, but the brand is continuing its growth with larger national availability to come. For more information, visit https://royaltigerwhisky.com/.
