Costa Tequila Coastal Conservaction bottle

Costa Tequila is releasing a limited-edition Blanco tequila bottle featuring artwork by South Florida artist Kasey Scott. A portion of proceeds from sales of this limited release will benefit Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) Florida, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Florida’s marine resources.

Founded in 1977, after drastic commercial overfishing along the Texas coast had decimated redfish and speckled trout populations, CCA works to protect the health, habitat and sustainability of marine resources.

Today, the Coastal Conservation Association is an organization of over 125,000 recreational anglers and outdoor enthusiasts working for the conservation and enhancement of our marine resources and coastal environments with chapters all over the country.

“After working with Costa Tequila for the last couple of years, I am so honored to be able to give back to my community with my art,” Scott said in a news release. “Protecting our coast lines and waterways has always been a passion of mine, and with Costa I can bring everything together in one bottle.”

This special edition bottle of Costa’s unique Hi/Lo blend of Blanco tequila is wrapped in the original art of Scott, who is known for creating captivating, lifelike depictions of fish in their beautiful underwater environments.

With a majestic white marlin leaping across the label, this limited release is sure to make a splash with tequila lovers, anglers and Floridians alike. This is not the first philanthropic effort by the artist, who has made significant charitable efforts across the state of Florida.

“Kasey Scott’s art is a unique celebration of marine life. He is an active waterman and we are privileged to have him showcase his talents on our bottle,” Costa Tequila Founder Stephen Gavula III said. “ Furthermore, we are excited to give our customers something rather unique while also supporting the conservation efforts in our home state of Florida.  Partn

For Costa, the makers of the first ‘Hi/Lo’ blend of tequila in the world, the mission is simple: redefine conventional tequila. The unique Hi/Lo blend of Costa Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave plants sourced from two distinct locations: “Los Altos” (the Highlands) and “Valle de Tequila” (the Lowlands). While traditionally these two regions produce tequila separately, Costa’s Hi/Lo blends bring the unique flavor profiles of both regions together.
