Reservations are available – but limited – for Fred Minnick & Friends’ Big Game Bourbon, a charity event set for Feb. 7 at the Foundation Room in Las Vegas.

Hosted by Minnick, the event will feature celebrity guests like NFL Hall of Fame player Charles Woodson, actor Tom Sandoval from “Vanderpump Rules,” “Pawn Stars” personality Rick Harrison, sports betting expert Amanda Vance, actor Graham McTavish and more.

The Super Bowl leadup event, which benefits Las Vegas veterans charity organization Forgotten Not Gone, which is dedicated to ending veteran suicide, will feature a cocktail hour, exclusive bourbon tastings, celebrity meet-and-greets, and a guest appearance and music performance by Warner Music Nashville’s Michael Ray.

Hosted by Minnick, who has been featured as an expert in Forbes, Wall Street Journal, The Today Show, NY Times, etc., Big Game Bourbon will take attendees to the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel where they will experience an iconic breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip. Guests can mix and mingle in the club’s beautiful spaces and patio, and enjoy gourmet bites and an open super premium bar featuring selections from Fred’s Top 100 of 2023.

The event begins with a welcome reception with Sandoval pouring signature craft cocktails. Then a live podcast of The Fred Minnick Show will take place, with celebrity interviews, followed by an intimate acoustic performance by Ray and a special guest musician.

This will be followed by Blind Bourbon Live, wherein Minnick will guide everyone through blind tastings of bourbon enthusiasts would ordinarily stand in long lines to buy. Guests will receive professional sensory training, learn the history of bourbon, be sanctioned as an official taster, and possibly even join Fred on stage to choose a winner. The winning bourbon the audience chooses receives an automatic bid for Fred’s 2024 Top 100.

Once the main event wraps up, VIP guests can join Minnick at the VIP Smoke Wagon After Party. Minnick will open some rare unicorn bourbons and share them. (This feature is extremely limited and is included only with the Platinum level).

Throughout the evening there will be performances as well as a silent auction featuring rare whiskies, plus sports and music memorabilia and experiences. The event happens 5-9 p.m. PST. Available online while available – spots are very limited.
