Very Olde St. Nick Winter Maple bottle hero

Very Olde St. Nick announced the release of its newest addition to collection of whiskeys: Very Olde St. Nick Winter Maple, a finished Bourbon and Rye blend. The limited-edition whiskey from Preservation Distillery in Kentucky embraces the winter season, offering a unique flavor profile.

Combining the rich, warm tones of Kentucky Bourbon and rye whiskey between four and seven years old finished with maple and french oak, the 102-proof whiskey presents a unique tasting experience.

Each new release is a unique expression featuring the signature label. These unconventional bottlings are tributes to the company’s decades-long history of releasing flavor forward, intense and complex Bourbon and Whiskey.

Created in 1986, and under the same ownership for more than 35 years, Olde St. Nick is not an old brand “resurrected,” or a crafted story to make the new sound old, but exciting small releases from many years of methodically collecting vintage stocks, barrels that are now coming of age.

Preservation Distillery has the luxury of owning its own Kentucky distillery producing in extremely small batches, and today it is in the position to produce and bottle slightly more of these liquids with a focus on distribution in key North American markets.

Each Bourbon or whiskey from Preservation Distillery is produced in batches typically of 1-3 barrels, featuring an eclectic assortment of hand-designed labels with wax preserving the unique flavors. The limited edition Very Olde St. Nick Bourbons is consistent with its many expressions of Bourbon and Rye Whiskey featuring bold, complex flavors.

Preservation Distillery + Farm was founded in 2015 in the Bourbon Capital of the World with a commitment to crafting world-class whiskeys. The former historic 40-acre tobacco farm is now home to a family-owned, pot-distilling craft producer with decades of experience in the Bourbon industry. The distillery’s collection of products includes Very Olde St. Nick, Rare Perfection, Wattie Boone & Sons and many more.
