Three Chord Bourbon Announces Equity Raise
Three Chord Bourbon Inc., the award-winning bourbon company founded by music legend Neil Giraldo, announced that a Series A equity raise is under way and has already been met with excitement from multiple investors who have currently committed approximately $8 million of the targeted $12.7 million overall raise.
With a collection of award-winning bourbons sought after by whiskey enthusiasts across the country, the round of capital will be used to expand brand distribution from 38 states to the entire continental US, plus strategic international markets. In addition, the company plans to further build its presence in existing markets as a leading craft whiskey producer with deep ties to live music via its Music Ambassadorship program that will bring regional artists into partner venues and via its soon-to-be-launched entertainment podcast, Sipping Sessions, which will unite Giraldo in conversation with icons of entertainment.
Currently, Three Chord’s network of distributors consists of leading industry names such as RNDC, Empire Merchants, Johnson Brothers, and Breakthru Beverage. The eight award-winning Three Chord products that are currently available are stocked by major retail chains including Wegmans, Shoprite, BevMo and Specs, as well as more than 3,000 independently operated spirits outlets across the country.
