Barrell Craft Spirits Releases BCS Gray Label Dovetail
Barrell Craft Spirits announced the release of BCS Gray Label Dovetail, the newest addition to its BCS Gray Label series.
Over the past several years, Barrell Dovetail has become a well known expression within Barrell’s portfolio of products and the American Whiskey world. Recently, Barrell’s blending team decided to approach the concept of “Dovetail” with some of its older stocks. The result is BCS Gray Label Dovetail, featuring a blend of American Whiskey finished in rum, port, and Dunn Vineyards cabernet barrels and uses the same finishing and blending method.
The difference is that for Gray Label products, Barrell uses older and more rare barrels. The component whiskeys, distilled in Indiana, Tennessee and Canada, are aged up to 20 years. Gray Label Dovetail is then bottled at 131.54 proof cask strength.
It’s now available at select retailers within the brand’s current 48 U.S. markets and online via the BCS website at www.barrellbourbon.com.The suggested retail price for a 750ml bottle is $249.99.
Barrell Craft Spirits, based in Louisville, Kentucky, is an independent blender of unique, aged, cask strength sourced whiskey and rum, recognized for its blending expertise.
