Wilderness Trail announced it will release its eight-year Bourbon on Saturday, July 8. Sales of the high-rye Bourbon will begin at 9 am July 8 at the distillery in Danville, Ky.

Cost for the 100-proof bourbon is $86 per bottle (plus tax) and the limit is four bottles per person.

Sales will take place in two locations: the distillery gift shop and the tasting pavilion, which is immediately behind the historic home. This is an exclusive distillery offering of a small batch of 18 barrels.

A limited number of bottles will be released to retail within the state of Kentucky. Heidelberg, the distillery’s Kentucky distributor, will receive bottles from a second small batch of 18 barrels.
