Next Century Spirits released a new American single malt whiskey, Bear Fight.

Using a proprietary maturation and finishing process, Bear Fight is aged for at least three years in first-fill bourbon barrels, then finished and filtered in sherry and peated casks.

Next Century has achieved numerous awards for its whiskeys, including Double Gold at the 2021 New York International Spirits Competition. Bear Fight will carry an SRP of $40, position itself as an intro option for the American single malt category.
