Mulholland Distilling announced it is entering into an expanded distribution with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.

Co-founded in 2016 by cinematographer Matthew Alper and actor Walton Goggins, Mulholland Distilling’s portfolio includes a Double-Gold Medal 96 proof New World Gin, Silver Medal 100 proof American Whiskey, and an 86 proof, Gluten-Free, 100% non-GMO Corn Silver Medal Vodka. The spirits will be exclusively distributed by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in California, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Illinois, beginning shortly.

Mulholland Distilling spirits were created to reflect the vibrant and rich culture of Los Angeles, according to a news release. Since its launch, Mulholland Distilling has garnered numerous accolades including 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double-Gold medal for their New World gin and Silver Medals for their vodka and whiskey.

“Seeing Mulholland Spirits grow from its first case sold and to now expand outside of California with a world-class distributor is humbling,” Alper said in a news release. “We were one of the first spirits brands in Los Angeles since Prohibition.  Our plan is to enter eight new markets by the end of the year and we look forward to what the future holds.”
