Heaven Hill Distillery released the first bottled product made in its craft distillery at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in downtown Louisville.

Square 6 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a high rye bourbon made with a mash bill of 52% corn, 35% rye and 13% malted barley, a new recipe for Heaven Hill.

Distiller Jodie Filiatreau distills one barrel of whiskey per day at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience; the results are then monitored by Heaven Hill master tasters as they mature in barrels. Square 6 is the first expression deemed ready for commercial release.

Bottled at 95 proof, Square 6 will be released in squared-off glass bottled with a label depicting the original map where Evan Williams’ original distillery was located in downtown Louisville. The limited release will be available at select retailers at an SRP of $89.99.
