A. Smith Bowman Distillery announced the release of Cane and Coffee, the latest in its Experimental Collection.

The spirit was created by co-fermenting black strap molasses and evaporated cane juice with a custom roasted coffee. After fermentation, additional coffee beans were added to the still to extract vaporized coffee bean essences, according to a news release. The spirit was then aged in used bourbon barrels.

The A. Smith Bowman Experimental Cane and Coffee will be available only through the distillery gift shop, both online and in-person, with online shipping available only to Virginia residents. Cane and Coffee is packaged in 375mL (90 Proof) for $29.99, and with availability after May 1.
