Widow Jane Releases The Vaults 2020; Quantities Limited
Widow Jane Distillery announced the release of The Vaults 2020, the follow up to the distillery’s 2019 debut expression.
This year’s edition is a blend of 15- to 17-year Tennessee and Indiana bourbons from hand-picked barrels. After blending by Widow Jane president, distiller and blender Lisa Wicker, the whiskey was then finished in casks raised from five-year air-seasoned Appalachian oak.
The Vaults is non-chill filtered and proofed with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale Mines of New York, located 100 miles north of the Brooklyn distillery. The bourbon was bottled at 99 proof and SRP is $199 per 750 mil bottle.
The Vaults 2020 is being released under strict allocation and is available at retail in 24 states and Washington, D.C. The Vaults 2020 is also available through some online retailers.
