Bourbon Punch
Every holiday and get together is just around the corner, and you’ll want to entertain folks with a good punch.
3 cups of black tea
3 cups ice
3 ounces spiced rum
3 ounces Maker’s Mark
1 ounce Mathilde orange liqueur au Cognac (Grand Marnier or Cointreau work as substitutes)
1.5 ounces orange juice
1 ounce lemon juice
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
One orange thinly sliced
As the black tea steeps, add to a large punch bowl: ice, rum, whisky, orange liqueur and orange juice. Then, pour the hot tea into the bowl and add lime juice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir until all the ice is dissolved. Add sliced oranges and serve.
